Our Netball Coaching/Umpiring Development program is an informal yet comprehensive introduction to the essentials of netball officiating and coaching. This program is perfect for those looking to enhance their skills off the court and make a meaningful contribution to the game. Participants will receive valuable training in both umpiring and coaching, learning to interpret rules and manage games effectively while also exploring strategies for planning training sessions and developing game plans. The program emphasises critical skills such as communication and leadership, equipping participants to ensure gameplay is safe, fair, and enjoyable and to provide constructive feedback and support to players. This is a great opportunity to build confidence and leadership skills in a supportive environment while also deepening your involvement and enjoyment of the sport.
