Our Robotics FRC Club offers Secondary students the opportunity to dive into the exciting world of robotics and engineering. Members collaborate to design, build, and program robots, applying principles of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) in practical, hands-on projects. The club's primary goal is to prepare for participation in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), an international robotics competition where teams build industrial-size robots to complete specific tasks. Through this journey, students enhance their problem-solving abilities, foster teamwork, and engage in friendly competition, all while gaining valuable real-world skills. SCAS has a proud history of success in this competition, even travelling to the USA to compete at the World Championships.
Please note that after-school sessions may be added occasionally when needed. Session times are subject to change based on student numbers.
