Our Secondary Dance Touring Group offers an exciting and intensive program for passionate dancers. This is an auditioned group designed to showcase elite routines across a variety of dance styles, including contemporary, musical theatre, lyrical, and jazz. Members of this group have the opportunity to perform for diverse audiences at competitions, concerts, and showcases.
For students in Years 9 to 12, participation requires that Dance is studied as an elective, ensuring that all members are committed to developing their skills. However, students in Years 7 and 8 are welcome without any prerequisites.
Participants will take part in competitions such as the Sydney Eisteddfod, among other events. Joining this group allows dancers to refine their craft, perform at high-profile events, and be part of a vibrant dance community
This is a Co-curricular Plus activity, meaning there is an associated cost to help cover the expenses of costumes for competitions.
