Description:

SCAS students are invited to join our training sessions throughout the year. These sessions are designed to enhance their athletic skills and focus on building strength and cardiovascular fitness. By establishing solid fitness habits, students can carry these routines beyond their school years, helping to prevent injuries and support their growth. Our facility has high-performance cardio machines, a wide range of free weights, a functional fitness super rig, and cable machines, allowing for workouts suited to individual goals. Whether students are experienced athletes or just starting out, we offer support for all fitness levels.

Additionally, every Tuesday morning, the facility is exclusively available to female students, with sessions led by Sports Administrator Michelle Johnson.
